All too often agencies fail to fulfill their responsibilities, especially largely unregulated public agencies, whether by choice or ignorance.

Child Abuse and Neglect Reporting 🔗New Hampshire has a very simple system in place revolving around reports and mandated reporting. Unfortunately while the laws need to remain lax in order to protect children it often leads to people filing false reports against someone they don’t like. I call this “weaponized reporting” and it’s extremely common especially for families in unique situations such as single parent households where there is a natural predjudice against the parent for things likely outside of their control.

Mission 🔗Stop DCYF was created to bring knowledge to New Hampshire families that are struggling to fight against DCYF. It’s well known that DCYF abuses families with made up rules and regulations and the less you know about what they can and cannot do the more they will take advantage of you. Jurisdiction 🔗While much of the information within Stop DCYF can be adapted to any state, Stop DCYF was designed specifically for New Hampshire DCYF as the authors are from New Hampshire and have a long history of dealing with New Hampshire DCYF.
